Running boinc 7.2.42 (x64) under Ubuntu 14.04 (x86-64)

Cause of Problem: Needed to reset debt after problems when boinc was installed on new computer. Boinc would only run one project for months on end instead of getting work from multiple projects.

Resetting projects resulted in 'nan' in Scheduling Priority (from view of project properties), for some projects. This prevented the project from getting work.

Solution: Manually edit client_state.xml lines starting with <rec> to replace 'nan' with '0.000000' (value found in project which showed '-0.00' in Scheduling Priorty). This fixed the scheduling problem.

Resetting a project should not produce an invalid value for Scheduling Priority - a default of '0.000000' should be inserted if an invalid value is returned by the calculation.
