I am hoping someone from the BOINC team actually reads these.

The Constellation project seems to be dead and the webpage for the project on both the BOINC site and the BOINC client point to a Japanese site selling Panasonic fans or some knock-off.

The Constellation BOINC page:
https://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Constellation

I do not run scripts when I browse webpages by default and would hate for this site to be installing some sort of trojan on users being directed to this site by BOINC.

It is probably just a harmless AD page but I am not going to run any scripts on that page to find out.

Please for the safety and security of the BOINC users and future BOINC users remove Constellation from BOINC. Besides the safety and security it just makes BOINC look bad and could potentially drive away new users.

We don't do anything with the projects in the Wiki anymore and at the moment it would take too much of my sparse time to go remove all of the projects from the user manual wikipedia pages, so I'll leave that for later.

I have forwarded the request to remove Constellation from http://boinc.berkeley.edu/projects.php (the official choose projects list) and the download wizard list. The latter will propagate automatically to all BOINC versions using that wizard.
