Hello. I was wondering if BOINC projects will take advantage of NPUs in AI ready computers and does that mean it will be able to complete the tasks faster in these BOINC projects? Thank you

I would be surprised if they are not used eventually. Not sure what needs to happen on the BOINC side if anything to allow this though. It will also need programmers at the projects with the required skill set to make use of NPUs. The lack of the required skill set is the main reason many projects don't use GPUs yet.
