I've reactivated my BOINC software with three projects attached.

After a couple of weeks, I noticed that no tasks were being completed.

The computer is "idle" perhaps 12 hours a day

Any ideas?

There are many possibilities. Without knowing your system configuration, OS and projects it is hard to tell.

Boinc does have a serveral computing preferences that suspends it. One is if other software uses more than 25% of the CPU Boinc will idle.
