Hello!

Is it any possibilities of using hardware accelerators with Boinc on PC? I mean something like Advance e710 Board or anything else. I do not mean GPUs on graphic cards which working very good on some specific projects.

Not sure, I don't think so at this time, but I forwarded your question to the developers. Let's see what they say.

So no, at this moment BOINC does not detect an accelerator like the Clearspeed.
If someone manages to write an application that uses these accelerator boards, it can be used through the anonymous platform. \

If enough people start using accelerators like this, or a project makes it adamant that they should be used for their calculations, the developers will eventually add a way for BOINC to detect them. But until that time, no.
