Installed BOINC Manager 6.10.58 several hours ago from the SETI@home site on two desktop and two Xserve Macs running 10.6 and 10.5.

All of them cycle through endless status of "Communication deferred...". This has gone on for several hours. What gives?

SETI is down, partly with it's weekly 3 day outage, (see the front page News here), and possibly still partly with the recent problems.

Also, this is the Server Status page, which shows that large parts of the site are down.
