Hello,
I'm new to BOINC and I am trying to use my GPU. I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 and have a Radeon HD 5770. I'm running 7.2.42 and installed it using the sh script from the site. The "no usable GPUs found" message found in the event log. Is there something I am missing in regards to enabling the GPU? Do I need a specific driver that I can't get from the system settings?

Thanks.

Yes but since the post started, "First off - IF you are running BOINC under Linux as it's installed from the Berkeley site (executed out of /home/user/BOINC/) then little if any of this will apply." and I'm did exactly that I assumed it wouldn't be helpful. Thanks!
