Hello,

After installing BOINC to work on SETI on 'my' new Dell Precision T1700, 16Gb RAM, etc with a AMD FirePro W5000 the software fails to a blue screen consistently... blue screen says it is a display issue...

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
GREG

You should ask at Seti. A guess is corrupted drivers.

What OS? What does the Boinc startup from the Event log say?

Check the Boinc Data directory, the stdoutdae.txt file is what you need to look at.
