I recently got my computer to detect my GPU in BOINC (Fedora 26 Mesa AMD), but now I'm getting this error:
E: fatal error: cannot open file '/usr/lib64/clc//polaris10-amdgcn-mesa-mesa3d.bc': No such file or directory

anyone know what this is?

The path looks wrong, specifically this bit:
clc//polaris10

I don't think you are allowed "//" in a path name.
