I have a HP laptop and now doing GPU calc with covid-19 and the gpu calc gets stuck and never finishes.
It starts @ 1:15:00 to end time and when it gets to a few seconds to end it is stuck, come back in hrs later it will say 15:34;00 and 2 seconds to end.... Stuck. if you pause calc the wait 15 seconds the start back up it starts all over again... same file name to calc.........
Help what to do...?

please give more information on the GPU in this laptop. you listed the CPU, but not the GPU. since it's a laptop with AMD CPU, im guessing its an APU with AMD graphics too? what model?

by COVID-19, do you mean the World Community Grid OpenPandemics COVID-19 GPU work? they just released these new tasks. if so, you might want to report your issues with the project at the WCG forums specifically. I know a lot of the Intel iGPU devices are having issues similar to what you are reporting.

I would also be interested in how much processing power, both cpu and gpu the task is using if any. I suspect none but that is more a guess than based on any evidence.
