Hey all,

I'm new here but have been running BOINC for a while now. I was looking at the Coral Edge TPU[1] the other day for playing around with tensorflow, and it occurred to me that it might be useful for BOINC projects.

So, with that in mind, does anybody know if anyone has used tensor processors for BOINC projects yet? Is it something that might happen in the future if not?

No BOINC projects currently run applications that use edge processors.
The beta GPU Python application at GPUGrid IS using pytorch in developing machine learning by a researcher.
We asked whether the tensor cores on our Nvidia cards will ever be used but never got a reply.
That project is probably the closest to using tensorflow in an application.
