Hi Team,

Since upgrading to BOINC client 8.0.2, PrimeGrid project no longer detect our GPU on Apple Silicon Mac (running macOS Sonoma).
I dont't know if there is a BOINC issue or PrimeGrid issue.

A bit of both BOINC & PrimeGrid.... Based on release notes for latest 8.0.x BOINC CODE/PROGRAM the Apple Silicon GPU codebase was reworked & renamed.

If I read the release notes correctly, PrimeGrid needs to change somethings on their end to match the BOINC CODE.

Someone has already reported the problem to PrimeGrid yesterday in linked topic below but I don't see any replies from PrimeGrid Administration or developers.
