Help!

On 2 PCs running boinc 5.10.45, Linux an win2003, that usually permit the remote control from BoincView on port 31416, now I can't connect.
Using netstat can see a lot of CLOSE_WAIT rows on the boinc port. And with ethereal can see that the session from the manager (local boincmgr or remote BoincView) is open successfully and closed very soon (after a timeout think, different for boincmgr and boincview), than the client open another connection (with another local random port) and so on.

The result is that the manager can't connect to boinc, or that the connection (Linux) go up and down continuosly.

Is it a known problem ?
workaround ... fix ?
